Salad Burnet is a unique plant that has a cucumber taste.  Used in salads, sandwiches or wraps, it's also nice in drinks or dips. Best to eat raw, not cooked. The plant has lovely leaves that grow as big as a 20c coin. With the bright blue/green colour and ruby red edible flowers, salad burnett is one to grow in the garden.  Historically the plant was used in a tea to relieve diarrhoea.
